Join us this summer for the Sun Sports+ Experience. Join us for wakeboarding, waterskiing, wakesurfing, or tubing out on the lake. We provide the boat, the gas, the driver, the equipment, and the instruction. You just need to bring yourself and a spotter.

The time that you book on the boat is time for you to split up however you'd like! You can start off skiing, then switch to wakeboarding or surfing, and end with some tubing. You get to have it your way. Lessons run from 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and 9am-1pm Saturdays & Sundays. It doesn't matter if you have watersports experience or not. There’s no time like the present to give it a shot! Our instructors will work with you to ensure you’re comfortable out on the water.

Can I bring a family member who is just spectating?

Of course! The time that you reserve on the boat is time just for you and your party. You can bring 6 other people along with you during the time that you reserve. (party of up to 7 people total)

What are the Rates?

$180/hour, $650/half day, $1000/full day

All lesson prices include the boat, driver, fuel, and equipment. We DO NOT provide a spotter, which is required. Please bring along someone who can spot for you. Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate.

Who are our instructors?

They share your passion for the sport. We have spent the past 18 years teaching people – from beginners to experts – how to have fun on the water while improving their skills. If you already know how to ski or wakeboard our instructors will take you to the next level. This year we have Sasha and Jared joining the team.

Sasha Maguire

Hey, I’m Sasha! I grew up on Kezar Lake in Maine and quickly grew to love all water sports. In the past few years, I have fallen in love with wake surfing and recently started as an instructor over the summer. During the rest of the year, I am getting my undergraduate degree at Montana State, skiing/riding powder, and rock climbing in my free time. I am super stoked to be working for SunSports and to have fun out on the water with you!

Jared Marshall

Hi, I’m Jared! As a Sun Sports+ summer intern, you can either find me in the shop with the Wake Wizard, or out on the boat instructing. I grew up visiting Balch Lake where I learned to sail, waterski, and wakeboard. In recent years, I have picked up wake surfing and foil boarding. I am earning my undergraduate and master’s degree at Colby-Sawyer College where I compete on the ski team. I’m psyched to be completing my internship with Sun Sports+ and can’t wait to elevate your watersports experience!
