Please examine your items carefully when you receive them. Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email [email protected] prior to shipping the item back to us to get a return authorization.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to your return. You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies. All vests are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
We only ship electronics to the billing address listed on your credit card. No exceptions. SUPs and water carpets cannot be shipped, and must be picked up at our Naples, ME store location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
