DURASHELL CONSTRUSTION

DuraShell surfers are very lightweight for the volume they carry, instantly giving you that handmade feeling. An innovative form of compression molding and vacuum finishing, DuraShell surfers are super durable and drop resistant at a price that suites most of today’s passionate wakesurfers. Hyperlite offers many unique shapes for both surf and skim style surfing with our DuraShell Construction. Don’t be fooled the copycats, only Hyperlite has perfected this technique producing the best surfers on the market today.

Our fiberglass is available in 3 weights depending on the board. Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate. With layered glass every Hyperlite deck will have the same pop off the double up year after year.
